If you're flexible and free, maybe ask at check in / ring BA. I doubt it'll be triggering the flexibility we see with mass cancellations but no harm trying!

I always book Plus tickets in economy but when I have done SDC in BA lounges I'm not sure if they actually check the fare rules. More likely they would on the phone I would guess, though
