You have to consider departing/arriving times. If they are equally convenient, I feel that the bigger issue is finding 4 J award seats.
I don't know how skypesos work and whether you can simply change routing without first cancelling the AF itin to use skypesos. Otherwise you would be taking a big risk.

Whether 220k points is worth EUR270 is for you to decide.

IMO AF J seat is better than KL A333 seat. Although your are 4 traveling, meaning 2 pair seats, so that's not too bad. 8h is long and justifies a nap
