Not always/necessarily. When I took BR11 in December, BR15 was departing from the other end of TBIT. Anecdotally I'd say BR11 and BR15 end up at adjacent or nearby gates maybe 30-50% of the time. Not sure about the situation at SFO for BR17 and BR27.
