Agreed that this looks terrible and the "chef" should have plated the croissant, WTH.

​​​As chris63 said, from outstations the meals can be hit and miss really and often leaning more towards miss in my experience. As such I don't hesitate to fly longhaul out of VIE, but often I pick another option for the inboud to Europe (from SE Asia).

I had preorderd the vegetarian hand made pasta, very good

Breakfast was "Scheiterhaufen" (bread pudding basically)

Einspanner coffee

All was pretty good, no complaints. However, when flying out of BKK I have also had underwhelming meals though not as bad as that IAD gruel looks like.
