JetBlue is the only US airline that I know of that uses Do & Co, which is widely regarded as being the best.
Delta also uses Do & Co at a few stations (BOS and I believe DTW… may be others) and the Delta One meals I’ve had out of BOS are definitely good, but in the end, it’s all about budget… which AA hasn’t shown they are willing to invest a lot in when it comes to lounges or inflight meals.
Some of the best airline meals I’ve had domestically as of late have been on DL out of stations where they don’t use Do & Co (the Jon & Vinny’s meatballs out of LAX and the Fox Brothers short rib out of ATL).
