I wanted to select a seat and a special meal on this flight. As I couldn't do that online, I called QR. They told me they don't see that segment of my trip and that I should call JAL. I called JAL. They told me they see my details but they can't do anything about it, and I should call QR.
Have you managed to select seats through QR before?
