You can always make a subject access request from BA’s data protection officer by emailing
[email protected] if you need a copy of the recording but as noted above I expect that BA will attempt to resolve this without the need for that.
I did this about a series of issues in 2020 which ultimately led to BA refusing £3k of refund which was absolutely due.
All the calls were recorded apart from the two the agent made a mistake on. Funny coincidence that.
