Hey there, I have heard rumours that they might create a new platinum tier which would be super exclusive. No rumours on the benefits but gold benefits should stay the same (not sure about the mile thresold though)
I remember pre-pandemic there were discussions regarding a new star alliance platinum status, haven't heard anything since then regarding this though.
