That is what I will be asking for absolutely. My fear is the time it will take to argue the case for that. My issue is that I will need to be calling up in about a weeks time to try and secure the return journey.
if it all goes in my favour and I get the companion voucher back etc can I book the return with a voucher and then add an outbound at a later date? I know you can do the opposite as that is what I was trying to do here but not read anywhere about doing the reverse.
