I book a ton of clients at the Hotel des Arts and they love it. Especially if you can book through a TA with Accor's STEP rate that comes with more perks and amenities. the Sofitel is a higher class of hotel, but I find it a little dated, and not quite as interesting in terms of design. One drawback to Hotel des Arts is that the rooftop can get crazy for weekend brunch... it's not Vegas crazy, but it's very loud and crowded.
