Status benefits on mixed cabin and mixed alliance carriers

Hi FT, hoping you can help with this one please.

I'm travelling LGW-AMS-CAN shortly, booked through an OTA, issued on CZ 784 stock as one ticket.
LGW-AMS is BA marketed and operated in Y
AMS-CAN is CZ marketed and operated in T
Ticketed baggage allowance is 2 pieces (23kg) and connection time in AMS is 3h35m.
Am I correct in assuming luggage will be through-checked to CAN?

CZ is obviously not OneWorld so what benefits would apply to a BA Gold member?
Would I be entitled to any additional luggage allowance?
I'm thinking CZ's policies would apply given it's their ticket and they operate the longest flight in the itinerary. However, I'd be checking into a BA flight first

What policy applies for lounge access?
I'm thinking it's just LGW I would have access and not AMS, is that correct? I would love to check out the new OneWorld lounge at AMS!

Thanks!
