Thank you - it is this bit that I don't think happened. Even if the agent read back what he had actually booked I am pretty certain I would have picked up on either the day 28th vice 16th or 2024 vice 2025 being said. Will I get to hear a copy of the recording if they decide to go against me?
You can always make a subject access request from BA’s data protection officer by emailing
[email protected] if you need a copy of the recording but as noted above I expect that BA will attempt to resolve this without the need for that.
