Totally agree. I general, I like the aircraft and AC's configuration is not awful. But 2 hours would be the maximum I'd want to spend there in J.

You're right, but it amazes me that in the 21st Century we are still talking about the design aesthetics around cup holders. You'd figure that would be a solved problem by now.
