I remember when Sodexo was the operator at the time American Flagship First Dining launched. Food and service were top notch before HMSHost then took the lounge operator contract from Sodexo at LAX and some other cities.

I just learned that a Compass Group company called Eurest USA will be operating several American Airlines clubs and lounges including LAX Flagship Lounge. Any idea if this is a good thing?

The quality of AA lounge catering in recent months has dropped off a cliff. I'm wondering if this is a positive move toward better quality or simply a cost-savings downgrade consistent with the rest of AA onboard catering and services. Insights?
