We are excited about our current $110 Million renovation that will fully transform and rebrand the property into Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort & Spa by the end of 2024.

Creating a vibrant and elevated experience for guests, and as the first Grand Hyatt in Arizona, the resort is enhancing all guest rooms and suites, pool complex, dining outlets, event space and more.

Guests, local residents and longtime loyal friends of our iconic resort will be able to experience newly designed rooms and amenities come fall 2024. As part of the enhancements, one of the pools as well as a new poolside bar, H2Oasis, is open and available for guests’ enjoyment. Newly built luxurious cabanas will make their debut late February and the rest of the pool complex including a new poolside restaurant will reopen early April. Cantina Due will be open for bar service and Southwest Bistro will be operational for breakfast, lunch and dinner. While the next phase of renovation begins, a portion of our Lobby will be relocated and Center Stage Bar will be closed beginning March 4th. Fountain Court will undergo an extensive remodel beginning April. Spa Avania, the Stay-fit gym and our tennis/pickleball facilities will be fully operational until June and will reopen in September. Beginning in June, the poolside outlets will remain open and accessible for guests while the remaining restaurant and bars undergo renovations.

While we transform our resort, we want to keep you informed about some of our resort policies.

• We are a cash-free resort. Please feel free to contact the hotel prior to your arrival with any questions.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Our staff will do their best to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs upon request. Complimentary luggage storage will be provided.

• If you wish to make reservations for our on-site restaurants or spa, please do not hesitate to contact our front desk at 480-444-1234. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you with your bookings.
