We were denied a late checkout today, admit we havent been staying at Hiltons like we used to, didnt realize Late Checkout isnt a benefit any longer ( almost no benefits any longer for that matter) any way Hotel claims they are fully soldout for tonight yet I can book 4 different types of rooms. Called the DD and was told LC isnt a benefit and any hotel can grant it or not as they please, told her OK I can also do as I please and once our pts are used up its bye bye to HH for me. (MR and Hyatt gives us a 4pm late checkout as long as its not a resort)
