Lufthansa Allegris, our new long-haul travel experience, launches in May. The first Allegris Airbus A350 will fly from Munich to the Canadian metropolis of Vancouver. By late summer, as each new A350 arrives, we will be offering you the new experience on flights to further destinations – initially Toronto. Customize your trip individually and according to your personal requirements. During the introductory phase, only a few aircraft will be equipped with Allegris. Due to operational reasons, we will not be able to offer all flights with the new concept. You will receive a confirmation of whether your specific flight will be operated with an Allegris aircraft shortly before departure. The Allegris seat map will only be activated once you have received a confirmation. Your HON Circle Relation Manager will be happy to discuss further details with you. Confirmed Allegris seat reservations are possible from May for flights in late summer. Various options are available for you in Business Class: The Business Suite, the Extra Space Seat with additional room, the Privacy Seat by the window or the Extra Long Bed with a 2.20 m reclining area. Lufthansa is also celebrating the premier of our new aperitif. The Avionic has been available on all intercontinental flights since February and will be served in all Lufthansa lounges in Germany from March. Created in collaboration with the renowned traditional distillery Ziegler, Avionic is a pleasure to drink with tonic – and even more so with champagne, as Avionic Royale.
Lufthansa calling: Our Recovery Service Team, that takes care of rebookings in the event of flight disruptions, will contact you from now on from the familiar German hotline number. Based on your feedback, this number has been changed from the previous Portuguese number so that you can clearly recognize it as a Lufthansa call. Simply save us under +49 69 86 799 799
