Not sure whether this warrants it's own thread so apologies if there was somewhere more appropriate to seek advice on this one.

We are looking to fly BA to Honolulu sometime in September / October 2025. Our closest airport is Manchester, but happy to get ourself to LHR if this makes the booking better.

I'm looking for some recommendations on the best route to fly and whether there is a particular favourable way to go please. (assuming it will be via somewhere in the US).
We'll most likely be stopping in Las Vegas for a week on the way home too.
We will also have the Companion Voucher to use from the BA Premium Plus Card for the first time so wanted to try and understand when the best time would be to start looking for this and if taking a different route on the return would complicate matters using the voucher ?
Hoping to have accumulated around 100k Avios by the end of August 2024 and would ideally travel in CW for the first time (if realistically available on this route)

Appreciate any advice anyone can offer (even recommendations of things to do in Hawaii!)
