Thank you very much! I should add that while waiting for a reply in this thread, I called a second time to the number that the app gives me and got a very different agent. I have no idea where she was based, but she was outstanding, providing me with information that I had previously been told was not available to agents. She put me on hold for a very long time and came back with a wealth of valuable information, including where I was on a waitlist (#1 on it).

Regardless, I'm grateful to have the German number now so that I don't have to call multiple times just to get a coherent and empowered agent. Thanks again!
