Why is the number for the German SEN line a secret? Could someone please PM it to me if so?

This only shows the number for the country you are in. I'm trying to call the German SEN line and cannot find a number that works. The one I have fails, the US line is closed, and the country line I'm offered gives me a line with lots of static and person who seems very uninformed (and hard to understand).
