So when I stayed I stayed in the ceiba room as I was curious about it and I got an insanely good rate due to the BRG - I think I paid about $350 per nightincluding ceiba club charge.

The jaguar was waiting for me in the room, I enquired about the chihuahua and the turtle soft toy and I was told the turtle is only for birthdays & kids club & the chihuahua was out of stock, they then delivered this cute little wooden turtle (shown in picture) at night when the club lounge changed to a different manager I asked about the turtle and explained I really enjoy collecting their toys and they said they would do what they can and it was delivered to my room early the next morning.

So I also had a bit of trouble here. I wish I got the chihua it looks really cool!
