If you care for the soft product and ground / inflight service then it won't make a difference to you. If you care a lot about the hard product then many folks will find F in 77W underwhelming these days and liken it to an improved SQ J seat while Suites is the splashier and newer product. If for pictures and bragging rights, sure new Suites is the way to go.

Personally, if I splurge for F, yes I want a good seat, but I'm actually okay with the 77W F seat as it is quite comfortable to me (the new Suite has its flaws too and so does the SQ J seat) and I tend to weigh the soft product more heavily. Some of the best F experiences I have had on SQ were on 77W with top crews. It was super personal and pleasant.

I do like the lesser noise and cabin air in A388 better, but I'll survive on a 77W in F if I must . YMMV.
