Tried to book an Aeroplan flight online and ran into the bug where round-trip prices out substantially higher than the sum of two one-ways. I wanted to use my priority reward so couldn't book two one-ways, and ACTV for taxes so no app either. Had to call in and the CSR would not believe that's an issue. She tried booking with a browser herself before waiving the fee, then ended up booking me into Y instead of PY on one direction. The Change function didn't work on her end, so we had to refund and rebook.

I was going to grab the flight quickly before going out for dinner, but all in all took 40 minutes so I just heated up leftover . Let's hope the ACTV refund come back automatically.
