Any time you enter, you are supposed to fill out your disembarkation card on the TTP site since there's no place to scan VJW or provide paper forms. So if you're entering without updating it, it's using your old cached data for each entry.

However, since you will then have to enter your disembarkation card information before

However, I do mine days, or weeks before, and I've never had to reenter any of the info, so not sure why it mentions 12 hours prior to entering.
