You must amaze easily. I started this thread because this price (and the other laundry prices at this hotel) is WAY, WAY overboard, even for luxury hotels. The Park Hyatt Tokyo, for example, hardly a cheap hotel, charges less than 1/3 as much and still makes a very generous profit. The Mandarian Oriental in Munich that I stayed at right after this hotel, charged 1/4 as much.
I don't even expect that Motel6's have laundry service, by the way.
