As far as I know, LHX will be selling tickets under its own designator VL, and the flights will only be codeshared with LH, similar to EN flights. *G benefits (except for LH, AC, UA *G) will not extend to VL flights, similar to EN.

Note that unlike CLH aircrafts, there is no star alliance symbol on LHX aircrafts.
