The Wright-Patterson Air Force Base suffered heavy damage after a suspected tornado touched down during Wednesday morning's storms.Severe storms left damage in areas near Dayton and Columbus, just north of Cincinnati.

Wright-Patterson Air Force Base officials said The National Museum of the U.S. Air Force’s Restoration Hangar 4, Gate 22B (I-675 Gate) and several other buildings in Area B suffered heavy damage from the suspected tornado.
