In the article I read, they said they didn't have travel insurance - I kinda lost sympathy for them after that.
Six weeks traveling overseas, them knowing what medical care costs back in the USA, and to be frank they both didn't look in the best of health in their holiday photo. Crazy not taking out insurance.
