I was handed their iPad, which was already tee'd up to BA's Customer Feedback online form, with the flight details pre-populated (but not my personal or booking details). I asked why they'd asked me (as opposed to another passenger in the cabin) and was told I was chosen at random.

I was happy to complete the form as the flight had been perfectly fine, but don't ever recall having been proactively asked like this, and certainly not handed a crew iPad to do so. Curious to know if others on the forum have had a similar experience?
Exactly the same happened to me recently on a similar routing. Maybe I'm wrong but I got the feeling this was staff unofficially finding a way to force you to give them good feedback. The form, and the response I got, was the same one that you would get if you choose to give some feedback without being asked to online after the flight. As it happened the service was very good and I put that, but I was left with the feeling that this was a bit underhand given that you give the iPad back with the feedback still visible on it.
