I have a promotion that pays 3 points for all restaurants, gas and groceries for the entire year and the points count towards companion pass. My first statement closed and no points appeared and Chase is saying it will take 8 weeks after the statement closes to post. That means my last two months of promotional points will not count towards companion pass. Not really fair.
Is this a Chase issue or a Southwest issue?
Many promotions do not post right away. I am not familiar with the promotion you are mentioning. What does your CHASE statement say? does it show your spending with at least 1 point per spend?
DISCLAIMER - sometimes points do not move over from Chase to SWA in a timely manner. I am gonna guess they get moved with 48 hours 95% of the time. Mine always seem to show with a day.
