Since the >900 mile threshold that was implemented, haven't seen anyone post any experiences with "snack" flights. I've got a EWRSTL (mainline) flight coming up that has "snack" listed as meal and curious as to what that actually entails, although in the past this flight typically was coded as B/L/D. On Express flights that typically consists of the shelf-stable cheese plate served on a tray, but in the past I've had mainline flights that were coded "S" but ended up serving a full meal.
Just flew ORD-DEN-GEG, both flights between 800 and 900 miles and listed as snack, snack basket on both. Not too long ago would have had a meal on both
