Similar ticket structures on AF (e.g. ME-coded, ME-operated and AF-coded, AF-operated, or even DL-coded, AF-operated and AF-coded, VS-operated) have resulted in distance-based awards for the ME/DL-coded flights, but spend-based award for the AF-coded flights regardless of operator.
To answer my own question. The QR-coded QR-operated flights credited based on distance, the AA-coded QR-operated credited based on spend.
