That's right, including the YQ. For a US flight I think it's about £800 these days.
On the Avios, just make sure you know what the flat redemption cost is in F for the route you want and so long as the figure quoted is below that it's being quoted correctly. For example, LAX is 85k/100k each way as a flat F redemption. RFS in J is 90k/100k. So if the agent is quoting you 100k AND the higher taxes for your GUF into F on that route, then they're doing it wrong.
