I think this has stopped working again, yesterday and today I’ve been able to add a visa to the app but then the charge fails when I try to reload. Have tried with Venture X and Fidelity Visa on two different devices/cards.

You can do 2 Visa in a row before you have to stop for a while giving me an unable to load error for all Visa cards. I think it's related to fraud protections. I usually wait about 5 hours and I can do 2 more again for 2 additional visa reloads.
