US Bank Altitude Reserve Visa via Apple Pay is 3X points (all mobile wallet purchases are 3X points on this card), which are worth 1.5 points when used on their travel portal. This has started working for me recently and I can fill twice before I have to take a break for a few hours and then I can fill again for 2 more. Codes as "shopping" rather than "travel", so I don't think it will be useful for the annual travel credit. Not as good as chase/amex as USB has no transfer partners, but I get some good deals in the portal for flights, ie ANA Y round trip from LAX-HND last week for 47,000 points and have seen cheaper.
