I don't believe PH Niseko offers a free champagne hour? Honestly, I wouldn't surprised if the staff neglects to tell guests to save on costs.
OK, I see my mistake of confusing two separate posts, thanks for pointing it out....but, whether you paid for Suiran with points or cash, considering the number of points required (126,000/night) or a nightly rate of 131,030 yen per night (about $870/night) for one night next week, bypassing good quality free champagne at that price is still a crime in my book.
