Won't work, you can only combine points from the same transferor. I think Citi has a point transfer/sharing feature? In that case, share or transfer the Thank You Points into one Citi account first, then transfer them to EVA.
Does Eva Air keep the transferred miles separately by the
transferors? If so, their rule is very strict.
