What is the nature of the failure? I posted about an issue last November in the Chase forum thread on UR transfers where, when you clicked on the submit button, the appearance of the button changed indicating the click was being registered, but nothing actually happened, and someone else replied that it was the same for them. Eventually they did fix the functionality but I forget how long it lasted in this state.
