There's a very prominent Help & Contact link at the top of their website with a list of their phone numbers. If you've used UA miles, you probably want the USA number, which is +1-833-732-8158. Call and ask about baggage and seat selection options; I'm not sure if they're included with award tickets. Best case scenario, you'll get the "Standard" seats for free.

You can always make a dummy booking to see the seat options. On the A3 website, you usually have to go pretty far in the process to even see the seat map.
