I have a promotion that pays 3 points for all restaurants, gas and groceries for the entire year and the points count towards companion pass. My first statement closed and no points appeared and Chase is saying it will take 8 weeks after the statement closes to post. That means my last two months of promotional points will not count towards companion pass. Not really fair.

Is this a Chase issue or a Southwest issue?
