bumping this up - just noticed that IAH hertz closes at 11 pm (?!) - seems utterly bizarre for major airport location.. it is a real hard stop or just desk hours and they leave cars with keys for gold members arriving late?
Was told by the Hertz exit booth employee a couple of weeks ago that the office closes at 11pm, but someone will be there at the booth 24/7 just as long as you already have a reservation and don't need to stop by the office for anything.
