Disagree, elimination of most full service cat4 properties in major US cities is horrific. The chase Cat. 4 certs are quickly approaching the territory of the useless Amex Marriott 35k certs and worse because there is no “buy up” option. Personally I have used certs at Grand Hyatt DC, Manchester SD and Boston HR. I - and many others - prefer not to stay at the lower end linked services hotels
