Few odd things happening. Booked three tickets using my total $600 credits. Did I miss the memo, do they now just take the credit immediately and not show the charge and later the credit. Strangely the third purchase spread over 2 cards credits should show a charge for the difference but I can’t find any charges on either card. It’s been 3 days.

Also I contacted Cap One asking my anniversary date where credit would renew. They said Feb 15. But I still don’t see the credit on Cap one. Are they really this incapable? Or does it take a certain period of time for it to show beyond the anniversary date? Not per the agent I spoke to.
