Pullman King Power, it has been refurbished recently. Walking distance to Victory Monumenet BTS. But bit far from anywhere unless you are going to "northren" part of Bangkok like Chatucak area.
Stayed there last month. They were still doing work on some of the restaurants for one day.
The distance to Phaya Thai is similar to the distance to Victory Monument, and at Phaya Thai there's also a connection to the Airport Rail link.
Still, not really close to anything that I'd consider interesting. The area isn't really all that alive compared to a lot of other parts of the city.
I don't think I'll stay there again the next time I'm in Bangkok, but that's entirely down the the location. The hotel itself is absolutely fine
