7A hands down.
I typically always go for 7A or 7L on the 772 as if you get one of the older forward/backward Concept D configs these are non-connected seats, so you won't have any of the rocking/bumping issue when your neighbor moves their seat.
And while it is missing a window there is still one window you can see out of. Really a non-issue, especially on a overnight flight like LAX-LHR.
