I booked a flight with Delta through the Canadian Air Miles website using points. I entered my name correctly when making the booking as MR. JOHN SMITH (there was a required field for a title). My confirmation from Air Miles shows my name correctly but when I checked my Delta account to see the confirmation, the booking name shows as JOHNMR SMITH. Is it possible that "JOHNMR SMITH" is merely a function of how Canada Air displays the name from the PNR, and doesn't indicate any issue with how your name is listed in the underlying PNR?
