Just a minor correction: The F/A manifest _does_ include Million Miler status in addition to M+ status, which I would argue qualifies as "historical BIS miles" as noted above. I do not believe the manifest shows upgrade as distinct from paid fares. It formerly indicated "full fare first class", some years ago, but I think this is gone now too.
