I’ve tried to check in with Apple wallet (for payment) and have been told they need the physical card (even when the same card was used to make the rez). Very annoying. It’s possible this is property dependent. If you haven’t checked in yet, perhaps you could add the cc to rez and do mobile check in and use digital key. Not sure that works but I don’t know how they could do mobile check in and digital key without using the cc attached to rez. Might have better advice on the Hyatt forum.
