HI All - just wanted to give an update the TSAPreCheck KTN format. I emailed SAS IT directly and spoke with them about the issue. I received a email directly from the person overseeing the change yesterday thanking me for bring this issue to their attention and the issue was being fixed that day. I checked the website today and indeed you can now add a number/letter combination or a straight number format into the KTN box. I already added it to my May flight and saved as it should. This should be helpful to folks who have the KTN TSAPreCheck format. While you can bring along this information to the check in counter to be added then ( I have never done this but the chat bot told me to do that) I would rather enter that information before I leave. So thanks to the SAS IT person that got this changed over - sure made my flying experience a lot better not having to stand in that crazy long security line in Terminal 5 ORD.
