One of our key priorities is to provide the highest level of friendly and courteous service. While it was a pleasure having you here as our guest, your feedback regarding the Elite benefits caught my attention. I am very sorry to learn that, and we again will revisit each aspect of our loyal guest stay to make it more memorable and successful when they opt to stay with us either for business or leisure. We are following the Marriott Bonvoy guidelines on the benefits for the valued guests, and we do try to upgrade our Elites and take care of the late check-out request, however, due to high demand in peak dates we are unable to accommodate all.

I have shared your feedback with the associates, and as a teachable moment, we have discussed our service standards and reviewed improvement opportunities in the service they provide. I am confident that these necessary steps will ensure your experience of Bonvoy Elite recognition is an isolated incident.
